Fed up of ordering online, paying, and then being told that my order is cancelled - oh, and it might take 15 days to get my refund! If they can take money out instantly, why can't they put it back instantly! Oh, and as I used my reward points, for part of the order, I've lost those too!!

They always mess up drive-thru orders. First, they asked me to wait in the parking bays, and after more than 40 minutes, no one brought my food. When I went back through the drive-thru to ask about it, they claimed my order had already been picked up and said there was nothing they could do. Not even a refund.

Advertises as open 24 hours which isn't the case at all. Pulled up at the drive through to be told that the weekly system update is being done so can't take orders. If this is a weekly event then show the restaurants online as closed during this time to save wasting your customers time!

It is is ran by a bunch of kids that don’t care about service at all. Our food is a disgrace, looks like someone stamped all over it and hand it back to us !!

Another long wait tonight with 4 cars passing through lane 1 whilst lane 2 just sat there. If not bad enough we then had to park up! No Coke Zero yet again

As a delivery person, their manager treats you badly. Don't be surprised if you food are cold. They are letting your orders sitting on the shelf, while they serve the "real" customer. Poor managed branch.

Ordered on the app and made changes to 3/5 orders and each one was delivered to us with no changes in it, one order was completely wrong and was supposed to be a double cheeseburger and instead cake with 2 burgers (the same in the end I know but still not the point) I ordered sauces on the app which were 2 paid for ones and the rest free. My husband asked the lady at the drive through if the sauces were in there and she looked at us blankly, I asked again and she said I think so, we checked and couldn't find any so asked about them again and she still didn't really register what we said so my husband explained and we got 1 or each sauce for 5 meals so had to re ask for more. I get it's a Sunday night and no one really wants to be there but come on, if you hate your job that much then find a new one. Food was ok but had all the bits still in that no one wanted.

no stars because I've tried escalating my complaint and not got anywhere.... I paid for a £33 lunch that never showed and no refund.. appalling service, I called them to be told to contact Uber who say to contact McDonald's

Great Staff, Helped out when trying to order 1 coffee via their awful app.. so much for tech, thank Goodness for reasonable humans!

Had to speak to staff several times as we found items missing from our order, they gladly helped and apologised. This is probably the dirtiest I have seen a McDonald's in a long time.
